Apres is a skiing app: snow conditions, a worldwide resort directory, and GPS run tracking. This policy explains exactly what the app does with your data. The short version is that we collect an email address only if you choose to make an account, there is no analytics or advertising of any kind, and your location never leaves your device.
You can use Apres without an account by choosing Continue without an account. Guests are asked for nothing at all, and their saved runs never leave the phone.
If you do create an account, we collect:
Saved runs contain those summary figures only. The GPS path you skied is never uploaded; it is drawn on your screen during the run and then discarded.
Accounts are hosted by Supabase, which stores this data on our behalf. Access is enforced per-account at the database level, so no user can read another's data. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no crash-reporting SDK anywhere in the app.
If you use the Track tab, Apres asks for permission to use your location while you are using the app. It is used to:
Your location is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Apres does not request background location access and does not track you when the app is closed. Run data lives in the app's memory while you use it; the mountain you pick and the lifts you log are stored only in local storage on your phone. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

These companies handle that data under their own privacy policies. We never send them your identity, because we do not have it. Opening a resort's webcam or ticket page hands you off to that resort's own website, which is outside our control.
Powder Pass is billed by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see or receive your payment details. If subscription management is provided through RevenueCat, it receives an anonymous identifier and your subscription status — not your name, email, or location.
Apres is not directed at children under 13, and because the app collects no personal information, none is knowingly collected from anyone.
You can revoke location access at any time in Settings → Privacy &
Security → Location Services → Apres. The Snow Map and the resort
directory work without it; only run tracking needs it.
If you use the app as a guest, deleting the app erases everything Apres has kept about you, because none of it left the device.
If you have an account, you can delete it from within the app at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your email address and all saved runs from our systems. You can also email us at the address below and we will delete it for you.
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the app after that means accepting the revised policy.
